Now it's time for wedding planning. Photography is what I know best and when looking for wedding photographers, please remember these tips.
1. You are not paying for just a package. You are paying for the 'whole experience'! The engagement session is where you really get to know your photographer.
2. The photos will be a remembrance of a lifetime, not just a few years.
3. Make sure they have experience and are able to show quality in their work.
4. You should be able to communicate with your photographer and come to an agreement that meets your needs.
5. Your photographer is capturing the most memorable day of your life, photographs will be your true memories of that event.
I would like to give you a few places to look on the web that can assist in planning your wedding.

Hi Diana, I completely agree with your post. It is not easy to find a competent and professional photographer so one of the most important things to do is to ask recommendations from family and friends, make appointments (if haven't hired a Bridal Consultant that can keep track of all of your detail about wedding planning) with photographers to see their work and interview them. It is also important start looking for a photographer 6 to 9 months before your wedding since the good ones are in demand, especially in summer months.
Have a nice planning!!
Only 6-9 months? Most of our UK brides book us 12 -24 months in advance to make sure they get the photographer they want! See here for more advice on booking a wedding photographer http://www.reellifephotos.co.uk/?p=1319
